Michelle Burton-Ewing, 32 of Seymour, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at her residence. She was born on March 7, 1981 in Columbus, Indiana, the daughter of Robert Burton and Mary (Taylor) Jenkins. Michelle was a former C.N.A. at Scott Villa Living Center in Scottsburg, Indiana and a member of the First Baptist Church of Seymour. Survivors include her husband, Dwayne Ewing; her father and stepmother, Robert and Kathy Burton of Kokomo, Indiana; her mother and stepfather, Mary and Robert Jenkins of Seymour, Indiana; three brothers, Richard and James Burton both of Scottsburg, Indiana and William Burton of Seymour, Indiana; two stepsisters, Chanteal Crow of Kokomo, Indiana and Tiffany Williams of New Albany, Indiana; four stepbrothers, Cameron and Cyle Zimmerman and Josh Clark all of Kokomo, Indiana and Marshall Jenkins of Seymour, Indiana; a caregiver, Cynthia Campbell-Burton of Seymour, Indiana; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Michelle was preceded in death by a brother, B. J. Burton; two grandmothers, Beulah Taylor and Lucille Aldrich, and two grandfathers, Gordon Burton and Jared Taylor.
