Mildred K. (Cole) Brown, 68, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2016 at the University Of Louisville Hospital.  She was born in Patsy, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Hargis Cole and Ida Mae (Crawford) Cole.  Mildred was a homemaker, a member of the Pilgrim Holiness Church in Austin, Indiana and enjoyed cross stitching.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lloyd Brown, Sr.; her parents and a brother, David “Timmy” Cole.  Survivors include three sons, Charles L. Brown, Jr. and Mike (Elizabeth) Brown all of Scottsburg, Indiana and Kevin L. (Lori) Brown of Austin, Indiana; a daughter, Charlene Montgomery of Jeffersonville, Indiana; ten brothers, Jesse Fairrell Hall, Larry, Terry and Ricky Cole of Scottsburg, Indiana, Wendell R., Gary and Denny G. Cole all of Lexington, Indiana, Donnie and Jerry W. Cole both of Austin, Indiana and Douglas H.
