Nancy Ann Mayhew, 59, of Deputy, Indiana, passed away on Friday, October 21, 2016 at Kindred Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born on August 25, 1957 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the daughter of the late John Everett and Geneva Mae (Peacock) Perkinson. Nancy graduated from the Hope Sound Academy in Hope Sound, Florida. She was a former employee of Walmart, Santa Fe Restaurant and McDonald’s all in Scottsburg, Indiana and attended the House of Prayer in Austin, Indiana. Survivors include a son, Shawn Mayhew of Austin, Indiana; a sister, Barbara Bowen of Deputy, Indiana; three brothers, Jackie Perkinson of Scottsburg, Indiana, Gary and John M.
