Nelson A Paswater, 71, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Jefferson County, Indiana, the son of the late Omel and Faye (Evans) Paswater. Nelson was a small engine mechanic in Florida and Tennessee, a member of the Kimberlin Creek Baptist Church near Scottsburg, Indiana and a U.S. Army veteran. He was preceded in death by a son, Kyle Bulington. Survivors include a son, Troy Paswater of Scottsburg, Indiana; a daughter, Joy Brown of Scottsburg, Indiana; a half sister, Kathy Carrier of Anderson, Indiana; a half brother, Kenny D.
