Phyllis J. Lacy, 81, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Monday, August 20, 2018 at her residence. She was born on April 24, 1937 in Bonnyman, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Nick Susnick and Maude (Hamblin) Susnick. Phyllis was married on April 24, 1966 to Morris Lacy, who passed away on Dec. 9, 1989. She was a retired registered nurse and had been a caregiver for several of her siblings. In addition to her husband, Phyllis was preceded in death by five sisters, Melda Fields, Mollie Stuart, Fern Mount, Pauline WIlliams and Jean Susnick and four brothers, Logan, Jack, Rutherford and Bo Susnick. Survivors include a daughter, Dona Lacy-Hazelwood and her husband Ken of Scottsburg, Indiana; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
