Polly Jane (Sandlin) Berry, 91, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at Wellington Place in Tuscumbia, Alabama. She was born on February 27, 1923 in Gays Creek, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Willie and Louetta (Evans) Sandlin. Polly was a homemaker and a member of the Scottsburg First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell E. Berry on April 22, 1998 and several siblings. Survivors include her son, Dr. James Russell Berry and his wife Diane of Tuscumbia, Alabama; two grandchildren, Jon Berry and Jennifer Berry Wagnon (Justin) and two great grandsons, Garrett and Hayden Wagnon.
