Rick G. Winsett, 64, of Sellersburg, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at his residence. He was born on July 14, 1953 in Hamilton, Alabama, the son of the late Hyce Gene Winsett and Ellavie (Dulaney) Jackson. Rick earned an Associate Degree from the University of Alabama, where he also played two years of football before being injured. He was a retired truck driver and a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Rick was a former member of the Masonic Lodge and was Baptist. He really enjoyed working in his yard and his many flower gardens. Rick was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter. Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Gracia A.
