Ronald D. “Ronnie” Daniel, 59, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born on September 22, 1957 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the son of the late George Gordon and Wanda Faye (Vernon) Daniel. Ronnie graduated from Ivy Tech in Sellersburg, Indiana with an Associates Degree in Building Trade. He was a retired Carpenter from the Kentucky Carpenters Union Local 64 in Louisville, Kentucky, where he worked for 20 years. Ronnie was a member of the Kimberlin Creek Baptist Church and enjoyed car shows and fishing. Survivors include his wife, Diana L. (Howard) Daniel; two daughters, Christina (Angel) Palomino of New Albany, Indiana and Katie Daniel of Lexington, Indiana; a son, Ronnie Dale (Samantha Brock) Daniel of Lexington, Indiana; three brothers, Robert (Judy) Daniel of Charlestown, Indiana, Dennis (Brenda) Daniel of Sellersburg, Indiana and Randy (Patty) Daniel of Clarksville, Indiana; a sister, Melanie (Mike) Schnoor of Pendleton, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Cameron, Bryson and Jamison and several nieces and nephews. Memorial Contributions: To the family to help with funeral expenses c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
