Teresa Ann Trulock, 59, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Scott Memorial Hospital. She was born September 26, 1954 in Seymour, Indiana, the daughter of the late Virgil and Susie (Neace) Spicer. Teresa was married Oct. 5, 1973 to Michael L. Trulock, who survives. She was a homemaker and a member of Austin Christian Church in Austin, Indiana. Survivors include her husband, Michael L. Trulock; a daughter, Aimee Roman and her husband Justin of Woodbridge, Virginia; a grandson, Aiden Roman of Woodbridge, Virginia; mother / sister, America Jane Cravens of Scottsburg, Indiana; father / brother in law, Paul Cravens of Scottsburg, Indiana; three sisters, Jerry Francis of New Albany, Indiana, Tena Edwards and Gina Powell both of Scottsburg, Indiana; brother, Bert Spicer of Austin, Indiana and several nieces and nephews.
