Teresa Lee Chastain, 57, of Flat Rock, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2014 at Franciscan St. Francis Health in Indianapolis, IN. She was born on April 21, 1957 in Greensburg, Indiana, the daughter of the late Arnold and Imogene (Jones) Burchett. Teresa was an employee of Walmart and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness both in Greensburg, Indiana. Survivors include her husband, Ricky L.
