Teressa (McCombs) Robbins, 64, of Lexington, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany, Indiana. She was born on November 28, 1951 in Seymour, Indiana, the daughter of the late Robert McCombs and Effie (Murphy) McCombs. Teressa was a former employee of the old Austin Supermarket in Austin, Indiana, and also worked as a secretary at Atlantic Richfield Company in Andrews, Texas and the old Shoppers Mart in Scottsburg, Indiana. She attended Austin High School until her Senior year, then graduated from Franklin High School and was was a member of the New Providence Baptist Church near Scottsburg, Indiana. Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Floyd H. Robbins; a daughter, Tanya Robbins of Lexington, Indiana; a son, Robert Robbins and his wife Bev of Austin, Indiana; two sisters, Mary Gilbert and her husband Johnny of Miami, Florida and Dianne Harrod of Scottsburg, Indiana and three grandchildren, Connell and Tara Robbins and Emma Campbell.
