Thomas E. Dennis, 68, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Friday, April 3, 2015 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.   He was born in Scottsburg, Indiana, the son of the late Hillard E. and Elizabeth Pearl (Logsdon) Dennis.  Tom was a retired inspector in the testing department for the Indiana State Highway Department in Seymour, Indiana, where he worked for 30 years and was a member of the Jubilee Christian Fellowship in Marysville, Indiana.   He was preceded in death by his parents and five sisters, Carnellia, Norma Jean, Berniece, Lenoris and Wanda. Survivors include his wife, Roxanne (Taylor) Dennis; a daughter, Missy Smith of Scottsburg, Indiana; a grandson, Jay Smith and his wife Jennifer and a great granddaughter, Jane Elise Smith.  Cremation was requested.  Memorial Contributions: Jubilee Christian Fellowship c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.  Online condolences: www.collinsfuneralhome.net.
