Tommy Marcus Rowe, 66, of Scottsburg left his earthly life on Friday, April 22, 2016. He was born on July 9, 1949 in Burkesville, Kentucky, the son of the late Samuel Reedius Rowe and Geneva Mullins Rowe. He later moved to Louisville, Kentucky and married his beautiful bride Donna Rowe, affectionately known as “sugar honey” on July 26, 1969. Mr. Rowe over the years has held several jobs such as a roofer, security guard but most notably known for working both as an orderly and assistant to Dr. Morris Weiss and Dr. Allan Lansing at Jewish Hospital in the 70’s. He was an avid Kentucky Wildcats fan and loved fishing. He is preceded in death by his parents and daughter Katrina Marie Rowe Butcher. Survivors include his wife, Donna Rowe of Scottsburg, IN; a son, Anthony Rowe and wife Katie of Scottsburg, IN; a daughter, Melissa Rowe of Louisville, KY; a son in law, Andrew Butcher of Louisville, KY; two brothers, Terry Rowe and wife Rhonda of Avon Park, Florida and Jerry Rowe and wife Lisa of Albany, KY; a sister, Barbara Ferrell and husband James of New Albany, IN; a step brother Joe Grimes and wife Diana of Charlestown, IN and several nieces and nephews and cousins.
