William Riley Hurt, 40, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2015 at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany, Indiana.  He was born in Scottsburg, Indiana, the son of Willie R. and Rita J. (Combs) Hurt.  William was a former grinder for the old Golden Foundry in Columbus, Indiana and a member of the Hayden Masonic Lodge # 412 F & AM.  He was preceded in death by a sister, Kayla Le’Ann Hollin and a brother, Travis Hurt.  Survivors include a son, Jacob Allen of South Boston, Indiana; two daughters, Karlee K. Hurt of Austin, Indiana and  Kalee R. Hurt of Scottsburg, Indiana; his parents, Willie R. and Rita J.
