Winna Faye Napier, 82, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, Indiana. She was born on November 3, 1936 in Hayesville, North Carolina, the daughter of the late Grady and Lois (Alexander) Garrison. Faye was married on Dec. 19, 1964 to Harvey F. Napier, Sr., who passed away on Sept. 20, 2017. She was a homemaker and mother to her two sons and enjoyed cooking and baking. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, John A. Napier. Survivors include a son, Harvey F. Napier, Jr. of Scottsburg, Indiana and a sister, Cora Deihl and her husband Cecil of Swan Point, Maryland.
